Q. How do I place an order?
A. Use *Add To Cart* buttons.  You can make payment by credit card through the paypal link on the check out page, or use your own paypal account funds for your payment.  You also have the option of choosing to pay by check.  Please be advised:  Check each item description carefully to assure you understand what you are ordering.  We do ship cut fleece yards as well as bolts and rolls.  Also, shipping for Roll orders is not included in the price.  You need to contact us via email for a shipping quote for roll orders.  Every order is different so that is the only way to figure shipping.   If you prefer to order thru email we can do that too! 

Q. How wide is this Fleece?                                                                                                                                
A. Our fleece is approximately 60" wide ~ Salvage to Salvage. Some of our solids are 62" wide.  Our other fabrics usually list how wide they are in the descriptions.



Q. How much is the fabric?
Fabric pricing is stated on the products page per item. Some items may be priced differently depending on weight and Manufacturer Costs.

Rolls of Fabric are 60 yds.   These ship freight.  Shipping is not included in the listed purchase price.  Please email us for a shipping quote.  We will need the shipping address. 

Q. What about shipping?
A. All bolt orders ship UPS or fed ex depending on package weight and destination. 

Roll orders will ship freight.  We can use your shipping service if you have one or we can get a freight quote for you.  Roll orders can usually ship within a few days from the time your payment clears unless we are out of requested items.

 If you order a number of bolts, they may come from different locations.  We are simply your "middle man" for bolt orders.   Fleece 4 Sale no longer has it's own shipping warehouse.  We have our suppliers ship direct to you to help keep our prices down so you can save more on every order.  That means your order is handled as quickly as possibly by us, but then processing time varies depending on the suppliers current orders.  Bolt orders can ship in as soon as a day or two or can take weeks to ship depending on the current supplier's stock and orders, SO PLEASE email us if you are in a hurry to receive your items.  IF you need the bolts within a certain amount of time, Please inquire first listing what bolts you would like to purchase so we can be sure they are in stock for you and you will receive them in the time you have allotted.  Since we do not ship the items, we cannot guarentee the date they will ship out to you.   Your items will then ship as soon as the supplier can get them ready for you.  If the items you order are not in stock, we will refund you as soon as we are notified by the supplier.

Fleece 4 Sale is trying to go green and help save paper, so we do not send an invoice in your box anymore.  Please print the one you are emailed as your copy.  If one of your items is out of stock and will not be shipped, we will contact you.

Q. What about returns?
A. Please count purchase immediately upon receipt of product to make sure you received your complete order. - All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please report shortages to us immediately. 

Only fabric that has been uncut, unwashed, and unsewn can be returned. If fabric has defects or is damaged, we will issue store credit once we receive proof of problems.

Q. Do we ship internationally or outside the contiguous USA?
A. Sorry ~ at this time International shipping is no longer available.

Q. What kind of currency do you accept?
A. All money must be in United States Currency.

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. You can use your paypal account to make payment, or if you do not have a paypal account, you can use your credit card and it will be processed through paypal.   You may also mail a check or money order, or, we can send you a payment request with your totals via email if you prefer not to order on line.  Please note, if you are mailing a check, we cannot ship your items until your check clears our bank account.

Please note that dye lots on fabrics change periodically. So, future orders of a similar fabric may produce a different shade. Please try to order all you need for your project at one time. Due to different computer screen settings, colors may vary from screen to screen.
